1.Where are you based?
We are based in Mill Lees Street, Swinton, Manchester, UK. Our warehouse in the USA, HongKong and Asia.
***Please don't use this address for exchanges or refunds. lf you would like to send an item for exchange or refund please contact our customer support team first as this is not our mailing address. Click contact us to send us an email.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for the items to arrive from dispatch. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed, packaged and dispatched from our warehouses in USA or Asia. Please allow for additional processing time currently due to extra safety messages around COVID-19.
Standard Shipping: Esimated delivery within 5-12 business days.
DHL/ Fedex Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.*
· Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be delayed.
· Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although can be used for billing addresses).
· Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are sent via AIR REGISTERED MAIL Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

We provide standard free shipping and DHL/Fedex Express shipping.
Standard Shipping | Free on orders over $50($6 on orders below $50).
DHL/Fedex Express Shipping | $22 for all orders.5. How securels my personal information?

Your credit card information and personal details are encryoted during transmission using SSL( secure socket laver technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.6.Can I amend my order?
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click "complete order" but after this you may not be able to make amendments. However, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if it is possible to amend your order.7.Can I cancel my order?
lf you have placed your order within 24 hours, please email email@example.com and we can cancel your order for you and issue you a full refund. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order after 24 hours as our warehouse will have processed your order.8.I have entered an incorrect address!
lf you have misspelled or autofilled your address incorrectly, please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your new address.9.What if my parcel is delayed?
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can't control. We seek your paience and understanding should this happen.10.Will my items come together?
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse's locations or stock availability. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once...they will get to you! :)11.How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. You can use your order number to find updated tracking information from orders tracking page. Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped, please allow for additional processing time currently due to extra safety messages around COVID-19.12.Do I need to pay Custom Fees?
In most cases, customs fees do not apply. In some rare cases(Like EU orders), you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).Unfortunately,Bamoer has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.13.Can I return my order?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are unused and in original condition, please email email@example.com to arrange a refurn. Our refund policy lasts 30 days,so please let us know within 30 days of receiving the item if you would like to return it and we will issue you a full refund so you can shop carefree.Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.14.My item arrived damaged!
We do ship every item with extra padding.Despite this, our cusomers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

Please note from the start of March, we have experienced delays with shipping in many countries and regions (including USA, Europe, Australia and Canada due to the Corona Virus (Covid19) pandemic. Many countries are on lock down and delays are caused primarily by a shortage of workers for shipping carriers and processing delays at customs. We appreciate your patience during this challenging time but, rest assured, your products will eventually arriveI have a question that was not answered, can you please help?
